To review how much you’ve been billed on past billing periods and how much you’ve been billed in the current billing period, click on the Billing button at the top of your account, then click on View Weekly Billing Chart.
To view details for your billing periods, simply select the billing period you want to look at and then the freelancer or freelancers that you want to view information for.
By default, your dashboard will show billing for all freelancers on your account in that given billing period.
As you’re looking at the chart, you’ll also notice that you can click on the hours that the freelancer logged.
Click on the hours to view more details…
You’ll see the start and end time for those particular hours billed, as well as the notes that the freelancer left on those hours they worked for you.
As you hire freelancers to your account, it’s best practice to ask them to leave detailed notes each time they bill hours so you can come back to them later.
This is a great way to stay up to date with how freelancers are spending their time.
