To remove a freelancer from your FreeUp account, please contact Accounting@freeup.net with the name of the freelancer and your reason for wanting to remove them. In the meantime, you can pause them on your account to prevent them from billing additional hours.
The Accounting Team will have your account updated within 1 business day.
