To pass on a freelancer that you were introduced to, click the Requests tab at the top of your account. Then click on the View Candidates button.
Within that page, you’ll see the freelancer(s) that you were introduced to.
To pass on a freelancer, locate the freelancer's card and click the "Pass on this option" link.
Feedback is not required but highly encouraged, as it helps us to find a better fit for the project/work.
Confirm that you want to pass on the freelancer.
The freelancer and FreeUp will both be notified about your decision. You will be introduced to someone else for the project/work, usually within 1 business day.
