Freelancers set their own rates on the FreeUp Marketplace.
If you're interested in negotiating a freelancer's rate, you may submit your offer to the FreeUp Marketplace using the "Negotiate Rate" button within their account or you may email their proposal to Support@freeup.net.
The new proposed rate will be communicated to the freelancer, but it is ultimately up to the freelancer whether they will accept the lower rate or not.
If not, you may select to be introduced to another freelancer from the marketplace that fits better within your desired price range.
